• Approve the following resolutions related to Round 15 of the Suffolk County Downtown Revitalization Grant:

• 4-2017 SEQRA Resolution appointing Village as Lead Agency and Negative Declaration
• 5-2017 Inter-municipal Agreement with Suffolk County for Downtown Revitalization
• 6-2017 Grant an Easement to Suffolk County for Revitalization at the Four Corners

• Approve Budget Modification from March 6, 2017 meeting

• Review tax grievances

• Discuss amnesty period for outstanding building permit and bringing un-permitted work into compliance

• Discuss 2017-18 Budget

• Adjourn
