• Permission to go to bid on replacing approximately 2,000 feet of bulkhead on the West side of the Brightwaters Canal. Bid options to include decking and sheathing.

• Permission to contract with Danziger & Markhoff LLP for actuarial services related to the tri-ennial reporting of Other Post Employment Benefits (OPEB) calculation as required by GASB 45. They are the low bidder at a cost of $2,500. Other bids: USI $3,900, Mellman $3,150.

• Permission to pay Rosemar Contracting, Inc. for road paving in the amount of $927,433.06. Retainage of 5% will be held back pending final inspection.

• Approval of Treasurer’s report and abstracts.
