• Swearing in of newly elected Mayor and Trustees

• Approve Previous Board Minutes of June 6, 2016

• Suffolk County Police Department Report

• Reports of the Mayor and Trustees

• Approval to contract for services with Cramer Consulting Group at a cost not to exceed $1,200 for Downtown Revitalization architectural land use recommendations and sketches.

• Permission to purchase a ten foot swirling carousel to replace the broken one at Wohseepee Park. Cost not to exceed $6,050.00. To be installed by DPW staff. Funds to come from surplus revenue for the 2015-16 budget year.

• Adopt Resolution 7-2016 permitting the Village to submit a SEQRA EFA and Negative Declaration determination to the Suffolk County Department of Community Development for Downtown Revitalization grant funds.

• Appointments of Additional Summer Hires.

• Permission to contract with Allied Insurance for general liability insurance at a cost of $ 73,970 (budgeted $86,000).

• Approve Outdoor Public Assembly Application for a wedding to be held at Gilbert Park on July 30, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

• Approve Outdoor Public Assembly Application for a wedding to be held at Gilbert Park on September 24, 2016 from 3:00 to 6:00 PM.

• Adopt Resolution 7-2016 granting permission for the Village to submit a SEQRA EFA form and Negative Determination environmental impact form to Suffolk County Department of Economic Development for the Downtown Revitalization Grant program.
