- Mayor Joseph McDermott calls the meeting to order followed by the Pledge of Allegiance
- Approve Previous Board Minutes of May 2nd and May 17, 2016
- Storm Water Management Presentation by Trustee Urso
- Permission to carry over vacation days by DPW employee
- Appointments of summer hires and DPW staff
- Approve Bay Shore Fire Department’s application for public assembly to hold a parade on July 9, 2016 from 4:00-7:30 PM. Parade route Union Blvd West, North on Windsor to Seneca East to Howells Road East to the Fire Department on Fifth Avenue.
- Adopt Resolution 5-2016 Road Resurfacing Project 2016
- Adopt Debt Service Schedule for $1.6M bond
- Permission to refurbish sand spreader equipment (2) for Snow Removal at a cost of $4,400 each (new spreader is $24,000)
- Approval of Abstracts and Treasurer’s report
- Adjourn
