- Permission to contract with Municipal Audit Services to perform an audit of the Franchise fees and Gross Receipts taxes paid to the Village. This agreement will be at no cost to the Village. Municipal Audit Services will receive payment only upon recovering missing revenue.
- Permission to pay Rosemar Contracting the balance of Phase I in July and Phase II in September of road paving in the amount of $ 406,014.28 as approved by the Village Engineer.
- Permission to contract with Welsbach Electrical and Landek for $28,000 to remove the electrical pole in front of the Brightwater’s Deli, trench across North Windsor Avenue and connect the wires to the box on the east corner of North Windsor and the LIRR tracks.
- Appoint Jason Pedota Code Officer Supervisor at a rate of $19.00 per hour.
- Approval of Treasurer’s report and abstracts.
