- Mayor Joseph McDermott calls the meeting to order followed by the Pledge of Allegiance
- Public Hearing on the Building permit submission by Rockwell Alexander, Inc. requiring Board approval to exceed 50% lot coverage with 54.13% and exceed 20 feet height restriction to 25 feet on 348 North Windsor Avenue (former Hardware Store).
- Public Hearing on Local Law 5-2016 to allow alcohol at Walker Beach for the 100 Years of Incorporation Soiree from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM
- Adopt Resolution 13-2016 DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION PROJECT – PHASE 1: SW CORNER OF FOUR CORNERS
- Accept lowest bidder for the Canal Restoration Bid – Western Side of the Brightwaters Canal
- Call for Public Hearing at the October 3rd, 2016 meeting on Local Law 6-2016 to amend Article IV Chapter 119-4 to include two stop signs at the intersection of Hiawatha Drive and Brooklyn Blvd
- Topics for discussion:

- Revising the traffic tickets format
