NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees will hold an in-person working-special meeting on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 7:30pm, at Village Hall, 40 Seneca Drive, Brightwaters, New York 11718 to consider the application of 245 Orinoco, LLC for a site plan approval for property located at 245 Orinoco Drive, Brightwaters (SCTM #501-5-2-73), where the applicant is proposing to construct an artificial turf athletic field, 25 Car parking lot, stormwater drainage system and right-of-way improvements.
