   BOARD OF TRUSTEES MID-MONTH WORKING-SPECIAL MEETING

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees will hold a Mid-Month Working-Special Meeting by using ZOOM MEETING on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 7:30pm, from Village Hall, 40 Seneca Drive, Brightwaters, New York 11718, as follows:

To award the 2021 Brightwaters Canal Bulkhead Contract; and,

To conduct any essential business deemed necessary.

            PLEASE BE ADVISED that pursuant to the New York Governor’s Executive Order 202.1 issued on March 12, 2020, as amended, amending Article 7 of the Public Officers Law, to the extent necessary to permit any public body to meet and take such actions authorized by the law without permitting in-person public access to meetings, the Village of Brightwaters will conduct this min-month working-special meeting without the public being present but will make available the means by which the public can view or listen to the meeting. The Public may listen, but not participate. A transcription of the BID award will be taken and made available upon request to Village Hall.  

                         The Public will be allowed to view and listen to the meeting by utilizing ZOOM MEETING and a Meeting ID and Password will be provided upon request to the Village Clerk at nrhodes@villageofbrightwaters.com.
